Group Coaching and Foundation Sessions
Our sessions are being held every Wednesday 8:30 for momentum coaching, 10:30 PM for Foundation.
Every First Friday/What Next 1:00-4:00 PM
Every Second Friday/goal planning session. 8:30-11:30 AM
Wednesday 1:00-5:00 role play/Lead gen
Sessions are live at our office.
1. Wednesday 8:30-10:00 AM/ Momentum Coaching(weekly)
A weekly session of mastermind, accountability, systems, script practice and motivation. These coaching sessions are for any agent that has the commitment to succeed and would like a roadmap (plan) to take their business to the next level.
To qualify for Momentum coaching you must have closed 4 transactions in the current year or in the last 6 months.
2. Wednesday 10:30-12:00 PM/Foundation Coaching
The basic systems for all agents desiring to create a life by design.
Setting your goals, planning your roadmap. working with sellers, buyers, contract to close, mindset and accountability.
Classes include:
- Understanding the basics of real Estate
- “What Next” monthly to new agents. This system explains success coaching systems` and how to use them and will be taught in conjunction with new agent orientation. Bold and Ignite in your first 90 days.
- Understand the process of “list to exist”. Prepare for a listing, understand the presentation, prepare and understand the net sheet and close the deal. Fast track 1…held 9-12 one time a week
- Coach the “buyer experience”. Have a buyer consultation ready to use in power point that explains buyer agency and what the buyer can expect…contract to close
- Have a pre-listing package prepared and ready to use for Expired, FSBO and neighborhood (circle calling) or Zoom call.
- Practice scripts and lead generate everyday minimum 2 hours (5 days 10 hours) your plan. Have scripts ready, agents will pair off and practice and then make calls using the scripts…we are here to get the appointment. Together 1:00-5:00 PM Wednesday
You will receive templates for buyer and seller presentations, systems to track your business and measure your success, introduction to our annual and quarterly goal calculator (which shows you how many transactions it will take to achieve the goals in your plan) and both groups will have access to our "agent playbook" which includes recorded training sessions and every system you will need to run a successful real estate business.

Meet Your Coach Marcella
Marcella has been a licensed real estate broker since 1985 and she opened her first real estate company right out of school. She has always loved the challenge and opportunity to make a difference in an agent’s career.
Marcella will tell you training, and professionalism are extremely important. Having been a principal broker/owner and a successful agent business coach for several franchise’s including Re/Max,
Century 21, Coldwell Banker and Keller Williams she has seen many opportunities to understand the importance of agents advancing through school, passing the test, then learning to apply the
actual practice of Real Estate law and principals as well as ethics.
Marcella started her real estate career to make a difference in the quality of life she shared with her husband and four children. Her big “why” has always been centered around being the best mother and now Mimi to her 9 grandchildren…ask her about her first sale and using that commission to take her family to Disney World.

passion for both business and family.
